Step 1: Upload Asset Documents

Both the Primary Borrower and any Co-Borrower must provide:

• Bank statements from the last 3 months

Step 2: Upload Business Documents

(Only required if taking title under an LLC or Corporation)

Please include the following:

• Articles of Incorporation or Organization

• Certificate for your LLC

• Operating Agreement (LLC)

• Bylaws (Corporation)

• EIN Letter (IRS)

Step 3: Upload Contract Documents

Steps 1 & 2 must be completed before this step.
